Clarion and Jay Kay “Feel So Good”
Getting a 'star act' to help promote a company's products is nothing new, but Clarion have pulled in a true music heavyweight to help the Japanese company - whose UK headquarters are in Swindon - support their new global marketing push. And they've scored a double by at the same time unveiling their stunning Clarion HMI Moray concept car.
Coinciding with the UK availability of what the company enthusiastically heralds as its "most style-focused, technology-packed, best-value range of in-car audio units ever", Clarion has announced Jamiroquai front man Jay-Kay as the official face of the brand and its global Clarion HMI (Human Machine Interface) philosophy. Add to that the unveiling of the Clarion HMI Moray concept car – created by the world famous Italian design house Guigiaro – and it's clear that Clarion is aiming to drive home the synergy between music, information and mobility.
Through a dedicated website - http://hmi.clarion.com - visitors are launched into the cockpit of the Guigiaro showpiece, and encouraged to listen and learn about the HMI concept and how it lends itself to Clarion’s new design and style-led range of high technology audio and multi-media models. Grab yourself a downloadable PC screen image and audio clips, as well as a specially commissioned video of Jay-Kay - a man renowned for his love of all things automotive.
